An immersive half-day somatic retreat created to soothe the overstimulated mind and support deep nervous system restoration. Through mindful, sensory-based practices rooted in presence and care, this experience invites you to soften, slow down, and reconnect with a more nourished and nurtured sense of self.
Step out of your head and back into your body with a grounding yoga class led by Carley. Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat! After class, you’ll move through a series of calming, sensory-focused experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and fully settle into the present moment.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy:
• A calming facial reset featuring gentle cleansing, exfoliation, and cooling facial massage, plus your choice of a hand and arm massage or soothing scalp massage
• A quiet space for journaling and reflection
• A hands-on body scrub blending station where you’ll create a custom scrub to take home
• A relaxing foot soak to encourage rest and release tension
• Guided stretching and meditation with Carley
Each part of the experience is intentionally designed to promote relaxation, grounding, and a deeper connection to your body, mind, and self.
