No Shows, Rescheduling and Cancellations

Your appointment is important to us, and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling all appointments, for groups of 4 or more we require 48 hours notice. If you do not cancel or reschedule in advance or you do not show, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card. After two late cancels or no shows you will be asked to prepay in full for your services. If we are not able to charge a card for your missed appointment the balance will be added to your account and you will be required to pay the balance before scheduling any appointments and will be required to prepay in full for any future appointments. By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Late Arrival

All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Credit Cards on file/payment

We require credit card on file to schedule any appointments. The card on file will only be charged in the event of a no show or late cancellation. The card on file can not be charged to pay for the service. If you would like to pay for someone else’s service, you may call and pay over the phone. A $3 fee is added onto payments made over the phone to cover processing fees.
