No Shows and Cancellations

Your appointment is important to us, and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling all appointments. If you do not cancel in advance or do not show, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card. After two late cancels or no shows you will be asked to prepay for your services. By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Late Arrival

All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
